How do you define non alcoholic?

Non alcoholic is anything below 0.5% ABV.

Can I drink your drinks if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes, but please be aware of the allergens in the Spritzo & Limoncello (artificial colours).

Are your drinks safe to drink if I'm driving?

Our drinks are 0.5% alochol. Please refer to your government guidelines.

Are your drinks suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes, all of our drinks are are veggie and vegan friendly.

Are you drinks gluten free?

Yes all of our drinks are gluten free.

How should I store the drinks?

When you receive your Straight & Narrow order you should store the drinks in a cool place out of direct sunlight.

What's the shelf life?

The shelflife of the drinks is a minimum 6 months.

Will you expand into other spirits and drinks?

Absolutely, we have a strong new product development pipeline anything 0%, spirits, beer, cider and wine is coming your way soon! Stay tuned.

How do I become a stockist and where can I buy your drinks?

Where do you deliver to?

We currently offer delivery within the UK but looking to expand worldwide very soon!

How long does delivery take?

Depending on the delivery option you select, we offer express next day and standard delivery.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification with the tracking number so you can follow your order journey.

I’ve entered the wrong shipping address can I change it?

If you have inputted the wrong shipping address please contact us as soon as possible to make an update before the order is automatically dispatched. You can contact us at hello@straightandnarrowdrinks.co.uk
Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make a change to the shipping address.

I’ve changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

Please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing us within 30 minutes of placing your order. We will do our best to facilitate your request where possible. However, if your order has already been fulfilled it will not be possible to cancel it. However, you can view our returns here.
